Fox has closed a deal to begin work on the television series Rambo: New Blood, which will be a continuation of the glorious action-packed film franchise with executive producer Sylvester Stallone on board and also likely to co-star.
Die Hard and The Fugitive screenwriter Jeb Stuart is on board to pen the series which is being produced by Entertainment One and Avi Lerner’s Millennium Films. The previously announced movie sequel Rambo: Last Blood has been put on hold in order to focus on the television series which focuses on John Rambo and his son J.R who will be an ex-Navy SEAL. The last time we saw Rambo was the fourth movie in 2008 simply titled Rambo. You may remember that movie as incredibly bad ass.
