[Press Release] With just a few hours until showtime, the Calgary Comic & Entertainment Expo has called in reinforcements – “Agent Coulson”, Clark Gregg, from the Marvel Universe will be appearing at Calgary Expo on Friday, April 29 (hours: 1-9pm).
Gregg currently stars in Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D and appears regularly throughout the Marvel Universe: Iron Man, Iron Man 2, and Marvel’s The Avengers. Other projects include: The New Adventures of Old Christine, The West Wing. Marvel Short Films. Fans can pre-purchase photo ops on calgaryexpo.com or purchase on-site if available (limited quantities). Autograph sessions will be available throughout the day. Gregg will also take the spotlight in a feature panel in The Corral at 2pm.
Western Canada’s pop culture event to take place April 28-May 1 at Stampede Park. Saturday & Four-Day Passes sold out; Thursday, Friday, Sunday tickets still available.
“Clark is one of the most requested guests we’ve ever had. He’s definitely a fan favourite, and we’re thrilled he was able to make it during a busy production time,” said Emily Expo, Calgary Expo host and spokesperson. “We know it’s short notice, but the good news is that there are still some tickets for Friday available, and we know fans are going to want to be there for this!”
Calgary Expo will kick off four days of pop culture celebration April 28 – May 1, 2016 at Stampede Park. Tickets are available online at calgaryexpo.com and range from $20-$48 for adult, regular, singe-day tickets. Discounted youth (ages 8-12) are also available, and children seven and under get in free with an adult. Limited onsite sales are available for Thursday and Friday tickets only (while supplies last). Onsite sales are not available for Saturday and Sunday tickets.
